The Wellevate Experience is designed to be 1 - full hour of pure rejuvenation, including:

Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna Session

As an added bonus, you have the opportunity to upgrade your session with an additional therapy of your choice from the following list:

On the day of your visit, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early, wearing comfortable clothes and bringing your bathing suit, towel, and a water bottle. We offer towel service at an additional cost. It's important to stay hydrated for optimal results!
